• Bruschetta romana - toasted Italian bread topped with a marinade of chipped vine tomatoes, garlic, basil, extra virgin olive oil & red onions 
• Arancini with truffle & mushrooms - arborio rice balls infused with truffle oil, chopped chestnut mushroom & Parmesan cheese, coated in breadcrumbs, deep fried, served over a cream & cheese sauce 
• Meatball pomodoro - small tender Italian beef meatballs cooked in sauce of garlic, onion, tomato & fresh herbs 

Mains

• Margherita pizza - the traditional classic 
• Vegetariana pizza - red onion, olives, mushrooms, mixed peppers
• Divola pizza - Italian spicy salami and jalapenos
• Penne alla Norma - penne pasta served in a sauce made with San Marzano tomato, aubergine, and fresh basil, topped with grated Ricotta salata 
• Gnocchi tegamino - potato dumplings served in a sauce made with San Marzano tomato, diced fresh mozzarella, basil and cream topped with Parmesan cheese, oven baked to perfection 
• Fusilli creamy cajun chicken - pasta twirls with marinated Cajun breast of chicken with garlic, black pepper tossed in a creamy sauce
