• Voucher is valid until 30th April 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes: 1st - 17th of April 2016.
• Reservations must be made by 2nd April 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers cannot be used for consecutive night stays.
• Check in 3pm, check out 10:30am.
• Tea Houses include 3 bedrooms, galley kitchen, bathroom and a living-room which is located on the top floor.
• Galley kitchen is located on the middle floor and is equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay including oven and cooker, fridge, toaster and kettle. Tea and coffee is provided and Deli Hampers can be delivered at an additional cost - please discuss at time of booking.
• Bedroom 1 - the master bedroom, this is a charming double room with en-suite on the ground floor of the tea house.
• Bedroom 2 - en-suite twin room and is beautifully bright and airy with double aspect windows to enjoy the surrounding garden - located on the middle floor.
• Bedroom 3 - ground floor single room with en-suite, perfect for the little ones. A cot and stair gates can be provided if needed.
• All gas, electricity, linen and towels are included.
• Children welcome.  Children over 4 are included within the total room capacity. Children up to 3 years can stay free of charge - max 2 per Tea House. Travel cots available on request and subject to availability.
• Free onsite parking.
• Sorry, the Tea Houses are not suitable for wheelchair users.
• Sorry, pets are not permitted.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
