• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, 7 days subject to availability.
• Excludes 24-25, 30-31 Dec 2020 ad 1-2 Jan 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a standard double/twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge per room per night to be discussed with and paid directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child aged 12 and under permitted free of charge when sharing existing bedding. Cots are available free of charge. Please discuss requirements directly with the hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
