• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 23-26, 30-31 Dec 2021 and 1, 6-8 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: £25 for a privilege room and £50 for a superior room; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of house red or white wine in room on arrival; please advise hotel when booking. Alcohol cannot be substituted for soft drinks.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a £22pp dinner allowance towards the Brasserie menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Option 3: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 1 child permitted free of charge; children are classed as 12 years old and under, all meals to be paid for as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair accessibility.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
