A reflection of the ethos upon which the restaurant is run, this quaint venue insists on quality over quantity, ensuring ever diner is treated to an unforgettable culinary experience. 

Having mastered his craft in Michelin-starred and Best Restaurant in the World winner, Hof van Cleve in Belgium, head chef and owner Nick Rietz has created a truly tantalising menu. With a modern approach to classic flavours, techniques and Scottish ingredients, the dishes served up are of an impeccable standard with every ounce of well-earned experience being poured into each course. But don’t just take our word for it! Esteemed food critic Ron Mackenna has praised Bilson Eleven for “one of the most surprising Glasgow meals for a very long time.”

  • Excludes Saturdays – Tuesdays and 14, 15 Feb 2019.
  • Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 8 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
  • You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
  • Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
