• Lunch/dinner: Voucher is valid from Mon 18 Nov 2019 until Fri 31 Jan 2020, 7 days, 12noon – 4pm & 6.30pm - 8.30pm; subject to availability.
• Afternoon tea: Voucher is valid from Mon 18 Nov 2019 until Fri 31 Jan 2020, 7 days, 12.30pm – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 29 Nov, 6-7, 13-14, 20, 25, 31 Dec 2019 and 1 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Jan 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1: 2 course lunch or dinner; choose a starter/main or main/dessert from the set menu; menu is subject to change.
• Option 2: Festive afternoon tea with tea or coffee; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; no gluten / wheat free options available.
• Option 3 includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1hr 30 mins. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
