• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Jul 2023 until Wed 16 Aug 2023; 7 days 10am-4pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 2 Aug 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked, tickets are non-refundable. 
• Max 2 voucher purchases permitted.
• Includes entry to outdoor area only. 
• Suitable for all ages. 
• Last entry 3pm. 
• Suitable for all weather conditions; remember to bring jackets and wellies for rainier days.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
