• Voucher is valid from Mon 8 Jan until Thu 28 Mar 2024; subject to availability. 
• Option 1: Valid Mon - Fri 10am - 4pm. Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Option 2: Valid Sat - Sun 10am - 4pm. Excludes Mon - Fri.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. Once booked, tickets are non-refundable. 
• Max 2 voucher purchases permitted.
• Mon - Fri tix: Includes entry to outdoor and indoor play areas.
• Sat - Sun:  Includes entry to outdoor area only. Add 2hr indoor play for just £3 per child.
• Suitable for all ages. 
• Last entry 3pm. 
• Suitable for all weather conditions; remember to bring jackets and wellies for rainier days.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
