• Voucher is valid from Fri 8 Mar 2024 until Fri 26 Jul 2024, Mon - Wed 10am - 8pm, Thu 10am - 10pm, Fri 10am - 6pm and Sat - Sun 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 July 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• WhatsApp or Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1: Patch test required 48hrs in advance. Please contact Muse Spa Lab directly to arrange. Henna tint available for a supplementary charge of £5; payable direct.
• Option 3: Excludes CBD oil option.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
