• Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Feb 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021, Sun - Fri 10am - 5.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and 1 - 31 Jan 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required for Friday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 May 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.
• Suitable for 16+ only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is not suitable for those less than 12 weeks pregnant or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
• A choice of a 30 minute express facial or a 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes use of the leisure facilities including heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym.
• Includes a 2 course spa lunch from a set menu; subject to change. Lunch is served 12noon- 4pm. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
