• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Sep 2022 until Thu 22 Dec 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 10-11 Sep 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 8 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive - £25, suite - £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes 3 course dinner from set menu, served in the bar; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Includes a bottle of wine; please advise red or white at time of booking. Option 3: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 12 and under and require a supplementary charge of £10 for BB and £20 for DBB; payable directly to hotel. Standard family room upgrade available for a supplementary charge of £10 per night.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
