• Voucher is valid until Fri 15 Jul 2016, Mon – Fri, 11.30am, 12.30pm, 2.30pm and Sun 10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm ,1.30pm, 2.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes all Saturdays & match days.
• Duration: approx. 90 minutes.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 4 Jul 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours prior to your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Family ticket for 2 adults and 2 children aged 5-16 years. Not recommended for under 5s. Ages 16+ are classed as adults.
• Meeting point: St James' Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4ST. On arrival proceed to the Milburn reception and take the lift to level 2. The tour manager will greet you and exchange your itison voucher for the tour.
• Group bookings of more than 15 may be put on a separate tour.
• St James Park is a working environment, it may occur due stadium operations that routes and times may be changed.
• Wheelchair accessible except pitch side.
• No required dress code.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
