Small print

• Voucher is valid on date shown on voucher only.
• Vouchers must be booked by 3rd Oct 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Experience will last approx 6hrs 30mins including a 60min pre-flight illustrated presentation. Flight will last approx 3 hours.
• Suitable for over 12 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Members should meet at relevant airport at 6pm. 
• Members should bring a form of photographic personal identification such as passport or driving licence. 
• Although at this time no changes are expected, Omega reserve the right to amend any of the flight times or departure dates, if required.
• Please note: The Northern Lights are natural phenomena which cannot be guaranteed to occur during the flight, although they have been visible on many previous outings. Omega's guest astronomer advises at least an 80% chance of a sighting.
• Members will be required to rotate seats so that everyone will be in a window seat at various times throughout the flight. In order to give all passengers an equal opportunity to see the lights, please advise Omega when booking if you or any of your guests have a disability which will preclude swapping seats easily. Suitable seats in such instances are available, but are limited in number.
• The dimming of lights may mean an almost total black out and a very dark cabin. Cabin and aircraft navigation light intensity is at the sole discretion of the captain. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers are non-refundable once booked. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
