• 3 night stay: Voucher is valid until Fri 26 Apr 2019; subject to availability. Excludes 20 Dec - 3 Jan. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 5 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• 4 night stay: Voucher is valid until Mon 22 Apr 2019; subject to availability. Excludes 20 Dec - 3 Jan. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• 7 night stay: Voucher is valid until Sat 20 Apr 2019; subject to availability. Excludes 20 Dec - 3 Jan. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sat 30 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin superior room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 3 children permitted; under 1’s stay free when using existing beds, ages 1 – 14 require a supplementary charge of £9 per child per night for extra beds, meals not included; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
