Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days 12:30 - 3pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £5 is required for Saturday bookings; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Set afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Includes a hot drink refill each.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 3: Includes a pink gin cocktail each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1hr 30mins.
• Vegetarian options are available. Vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free and halal options are available and may incur a supplementary charge. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advance booking required or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
