Experience a little slice of Munich at Glasgow Green and join the huge party, with live music from Obenheimer Express Band or Zack Zillis providing the soundtrack to your revelry!

There’ll be a big tent located in the centre of Glasgow Green, with long tables and all waitresses and waiters dressed in their finest Dirndl and Lederhosen serving up Oktoberfest’s signature oversized steins of beer.

History of Oktoberfest

The Oktoberfest tradition began in Munich 200 years ago to celebrate the gathering for the harvest. It’s now one of the most famous events in Germany and is the world's largest fair, with more than 6 million people from around the globe attending for top quality beer and sausage action every year.

Standard tickets: seats must be taken before 6.30pm.
VIP tickets: seats must be taken before 8pm.
Valid for 18 yrs old plus, ID may be required.
Seating for this event is open and allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
