Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 11 Jul 2022 until Wed 31 Aug 2022; Mon - Thu 10am - 8pm, Fri 11am - 4pm, Sat & Sun 10am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Wed 10 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!); 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 3yrs+; 3 - 5yrs must participate with a paying adult; 5 - 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult. 
• You will be required to complete a disclaimer; you can do this prior to arrival.
• Duration approx. 1hr with 50mins on the slope; please arrive 15mins before your allocated timeslot. 
• Max of 20 people per session.
• Equipment (inc helmets) will be provided. Please wear sturdy shoes/trainers, weather appropriate clothing.. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
