Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Dec 2019 until Tue 29 Sep 2020, Tue 12 noon - 5pm, Thur 2pm - 7pm, Sat 10am - 1pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon, Wed & Fri and 21 Dec 2019 until 7 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• Over 16’s only; under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Prior to any appointments clients fill out a medical form online when booking. Treatments are unsuitable if customers have been refused sports massage previously, have osteoporosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis or been told no by your GP or consultant. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly.
• Treatment duration: approx. 1hr per session which includes consultation.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
