• Voucher is valid until Fri 28 Oct 2022, Mon - Fri 9am - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Mon 24 Oct 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 3 per person. 
• Max of 3 vouchers per table. 
• Includes pancakes each from the pancake menu; subject to change.  
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.
• Includes a glass of orange juice and a tea, coffee or hot chocolate each.
• A supplementary charge of £1.50 is required for specialty drinks; payable directly.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
