• - Voucher is valid 7 days; subject to availability. 
• - Advance booking required. 
• - Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Jan 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Options 2 & 4: Tue 1 Oct – Sun 15 Dec 2019 or Sat 1 Feb – Sun 19th Apr 2020 options: 
• - Voucher is valid 7 days; subject to availability. 
• - Advance booking required. 
• - Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Apr 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• - Excludes 16 Dec 2019 - 31 Jan 2020 
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays and £40 for 31 Dec 2019; payable directly to hotel. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon. 
• Double or twin family or superior room available. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Nearby NCP parking available and a discounted rate is available for guests, please discuss with the hotel at time of booking.
• Includes access to fitness centre.
• Max of 2 children permitted free of charge, children are up to 12yrs, paying for breakfast as taken; payable directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
