• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Dec 2016 until Tue 31 Jan 2017, 7 days ; subject to availability

• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Jan 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Check in 2pm, check out 12noon. 
• Double or twin standard room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded to a family room or superior room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night, subject to availability; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Nearby NCP parking available; members will receive a discounted rate of £8 for 24 hours.
• Children permitted; rooms must be upgraded to a family or superior room; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 children up to 17 yrs.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
