• Voucher is valid from Mon 9 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023; subject to availability.
• Option 1: Valid Mon - Tue 9am - 5pm, Wed & Fri 9am - 7pm, Thu 9am - 8pm and Sat - Sun 9am - 12.30pm.
• Options 2 & 3: Valid Mon - Tue 9am - 5pm, Wed & Fri 9am - 7pm and Thu 9am - 8pm. Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. Please note a £10 charge applies for cancellations within 24hrs and no shows.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 people; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with salon.
• Treatments inc: Swedish back, neck & shoulder massage; oriental head massage; file & gel polish on fingers or toes; hand & arm exfoliation with mask & massage and foot scrub with mask & massage.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission if discussed and approved by GP. Please discuss any further health concerns directly with Park West.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Duration: approx. 30 mins each; 25 mins treatment with 5 mins consultation.
• Treatments can / cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
