• Voucher is valid until Fri 22 Sep 2023, Thu 9.30am - 2.30pm & 4.30pm - 8.30pm, Fri 9.30pm - 2.30pm & Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Wed.
• Voucher must be booked by day/date/month/year (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment can be adapted during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1: back, neck & shoulder massage duration: approx. 30 mins.
• Option 3 & 4: treatment duration: approx. 1hr. Choice of Swedish, hot stone massage or aromatherapy massage.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• All options include 1hr 30mins access to the leisure facilities. Includes towel hire. Robe and slippers can be added on the day for a supplement of £5pp; payable directly.
• Options 2 & 4: Includes afternoon tea served in Peakaboo Cafe from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options available; please advise in advance.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
