Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sat 4 Aug 2018, 7 days, 9am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Jul 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be confirmed by PETRA. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 45mins.
• Option 2 duration: 1hr – 1hr 30mins; please note express balayage is 8 carefully positioned highlights to cover the whole head, rather than a full (20+) highlights.
• Option 3 duration: 2hr – 2hrs 30mins.
• Deal is valid for graduate or senior stylists only.
• Option 2 and 3 require a patch test prior to treatments; please discuss directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
