• Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Sep 2020, Mon & Tue 10am – 5pm, Wed & Thur 10am – 8pm and Sun 11am – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri - Sat.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 9 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 1hr – 1hr 30mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 3 hours.
• Named stylists cannot be requested.
• Option 2 requires a patch test 48 hrs prior to treatments; please discuss directly with salon.
• Cut and blow dry does not include creative cuts, full restyles, pin curls or occasion styling.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required per person per treatment for the following: root tint or toner; payable directly to salon.
• A supplement may apply for very long or thick hair; discuss directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access not available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
