• Voucher is valid until Tue 9 Oct 2018, 7 days, 9am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 25 Sept 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.  Colour cannot be applied to anyone under the age of 18.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 1hr – 1hr 30mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 45mins – 1hr 20mins.
• Deal is valid for senior stylists only.
• Option 2 requires a patch test 48 hrs prior to treatments; please discuss directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Option 2: Supplements apply: full head highlights £30, full Head Balayage £25, root tint £20 and express toner £20 (can be added to the £19 cut and blow dry option); please arrange and pay salon directly.
• Services carried out by a Graduate Stylist or Stylist.
• Wheelchair access not available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
