• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Nov until Fri 31 May 2024; subject to availability. 
• Available slots can be viewed online and are subject to availability. Any slot until 31 May can be booked.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Wed 15 May 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
• Duration approx. 1hr
• Max of 5 people per group.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
