Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 30 Jun 2020, valid Sunday – Friday for a 2 hour slot between 12noon – 10pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes all Saturdays and Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays in December 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Jun 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted 
• Min of 8 people and max of 15 people.
• 2 cocktails per person. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Refills will be served at the manager's discretion; One Up reserves the right to refuse alcohol to intoxicated guests.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• No children permitted. Over 18s only.
• The management of One Up reserve the right to refuse admission at any time.
• Smart casual dress is required.
• Sorry, no hen/stag, fancy dress or paraphernalia permitted.
• You are welcome to bring celebration balloons.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
