• Valid Mon - Fri: Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Nov 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, Mon - Fri 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sat-Sun, 24, 25, 31 Dec 2020 and 1-31 Jan 2021.
• Valid Sat - Sun: Voucher is valid from Sat 7 Nov 2020 until Sun 27 Jun 2021, Sat - Sun 1.30pm - 4.30pm; subject to availability. Excludes Mon - Fri, 26 Dec 2020, 1-31 Jan and 14 Feb 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Afternoon tea only served with tea and coffee; menu is subject to change.
• Sat - Sun vouchers: Includes unlimited refills of sweet and savoury treats.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco or a bottle of Prosecco. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advance booking required or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
