• Silverburn voucher is valid until Tue 17 Jul 2018, Mon – Fri 10am – 9pm, Sat & Sun 9am – 7pm; subject to availability.
• West Nile voucher is valid until Tue 17 Jul 2018, Mon - Wed and Fri 8am - 8pm, Thur 8am - 9pm, Sat 9am – 7pm and Sun 10am – 6pm; subject to availability.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Friday – Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 3 Jul 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability. Max of 2 per group.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Total treatment duration: 90mins.
• Manicure and pedicure can last up to 1 week depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• West Nile Street: no wheelchair access available, Silverburn: wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
