• Voucher is valid Mon 7 Nov 2022 until Tue 28 Feb 2023, 7 days 12noon - 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 24 Dec 2022 - 4 Jan, 14 Feb and 19 Mar 2023.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Tue 14 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only from the main menu; subject to change.
• No vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1hr 30 mins.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
