Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Wed 31 Aug 2022, 7 days 11.45am, 1.30pm, 3.15pm, 5.15pm, 7pm and 8.45pm plus 10am on Saturdays; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 31 May 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to alter the date or time of your booking.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 16+. 
• Duration approx. 30mins.
• Max of 6 people per group.
• Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes that cover the whole foot. Heels, sandals and flip flops aren’t allowed. Protective gear will be provided.
• Not suitable while pregnant.
• Must be able bodied to participate.
• Please arrive 5 or 10 minutes before the session is due to start. Briefing will start at allocated time slot. Late arrivals risk forfeiting their voucher.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
