Before going out all the cars receive a thorough pre-hire safety and body work check, all fluid levels are checked and they are hand washed and polished. You will also be provided with contact telephone numbers in case you require advice/support when out on the open road.
And there’s no need to worry if you’re hooked on life at the wheel, because you can enjoy unlimited mileage over the two days, whichever car you choose to drive!

- Classic car voucher is valid until 31st Oct 2013; subject to availability.
- Ranger Rover voucher is valid until 15th Dec; subject to availability.
- Valid 7 days a week, 9am pick up, 8pm drop off.
- Drivers must be aged over 25 years and under 75 years for classic cars (or over 28 years and under 75 years if hiring the Range Rover).
- Under 14s are not allowed in the Daimler as there are no seatbelts in the rear (this is the law).
- All self-drive hire cars must NOT be driven off-road and/or used for towing a caravan or trailer etc. Any unauthorised used will invalidate the insurance.
- Insurance hire rates include fully comprehensive cover for one driver. Additional drivers can be added for £30 per driver per booking (payable directly to Bygone Drives) providing they meet criteria of insurance company: drivers should be aged 25 to 75 years (or aged 28-75 if driving the Range Rover Vogue), be in good health, have not had more than one accident in the last 3 years and have no more than six points on their drivers licence. Have held a full british drivers licence for at least 5 years. Bygone Drives will approach their insurers to discuss individual cases should the additional driver fail to meet all of the criteria.
- Cars are maintained to the highest standards, however do keep in mind that vintage cars are not built to the standards of modern day engineering, therefore Bygone Drives cannot accept responsibility in the event that a breakdown should occur. They will endeavour to have a replacement car despatched immediately and any refund due will be given. All the cars are covered by a national breakdown service.
- Picnic: menu is subject to change, not suitable for those with special dietary needs or allergies. Please return hamper, china & glassware, stainless steel cutlery and picnic blanket on return.
- Child seats, sat nav, bike/ski rack and local drop off & pick up available for an additional charge - please discuss with Bygone Drives upon booking.

- No pets permitted.
- One voucher can be redeemed per person; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
- Advanced booking is essential. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your experience.
- Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
