• July or Aug option is valid from Sat 1 July until Thur 31 Aug 2017, 7 days; subject to availability; book by Tue 1 Aug 2017.
• Sept, Oct or Nov option is valid from Fri 1 Sept until Thur 30 Nov, 7 days; subject to availability; book by Mon 2 Oct 2017.
• Advance booking required (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Bookings are non-refundable once booked with Independent World Choice Holidays.
• Please note this deal does not include the one way drop off fee for your car this will be $500.00 plus local taxes/fuel and does not include hotel taxes.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive trips.
• Voucher is valid for one person only.
• Suitable for all ages; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult; please discuss with Independent World Choice Holidays directly.
• You will be sent a pack and tickets with your full itinerary by recorded delivery, at least 2 weeks prior to your departure.
• A visa for travel to the USA will be required; this will cost $14 and can be completed here.
• Accommodation will be based on 3 & 4 star twin/double rooms only, based on two sharing (single rooms are available on request for a supplement charge), please discuss direct with World Choice; Please note all hotels are subject to availability; other hotels of equal or better quality may be offered.
• Flights from Glasgow, Aberdeen, Manchester, Belfast, and Dublin require a £99pp supplement charge and are subject to availability. Flight times will be confirmed at time of booking.
• Health conditions that may require medical clearance are: recent illness, hospitalisation, injury or surgery, existing unstable medical condition, need for additional oxygen or use of medical equipment on board, travelling for medical reasons or treatment.
• You must have a full up-to-date and valid passport and your own worldwide travel insurance to cover you in the event of medical emergencies, flight delays etc. We advise that you have at least 6 months validity on your passport in the event of emergencies.
• Car hire details: Compact Nissan Versa Sedan or similar included.
• Car hire fully inclusive including: unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver, loss damage waiver, theft protection insurance, personal accident insurance, supplemental liability ins, airport surcharge, zero excess.
• Pick up location: Chicago O'Hare Airport, in terminal, Chicago, Illinois, 60666, United States Of America.
• Drop off location: Los Angeles Airport, 9020 Aviation Blvd, Los Angeles, 90301, United States Of America.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £60 per person per night including extra car hire; please discuss directly with World Choice Holidays.
• Includes 20kg luggage pp.
• Pets are not permitted. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
