Starters

• Stornoway black pudding with poached egg, goats cheese, walnuts and baby leaf salad
• Deep fried king prawns and calamari served with tartare sauce
• Melted smoked cheese on chargrilled vegetables

Mains

• Carbonara with crispy pancetta, crushed black pepper, fresh egg yolk and parmesan, served tossed in a wheel of parmesan
• Pan fried fillet of sea bream, sprinkled with herbed breadcrumbs and served with butternut squash fritters, tenderstem broccoli and homemade tartare sauce
• Carnaroli rice slow cooked in a Champagne and saffron broth with parmesan to finish

Desserts

• Tiramisu with coffee soaked sponge fingers layered with sweet mascarpone sauce
• Chocolate fudge cake served with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream
