Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2017 until Wed 15 Mar 2017, Mon – Fri 10am – 8pm, Sat 9am – 6pm and Sun 10am – 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb 2017.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 15 Feb 2017(we don’t want you to miss out!)  

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 vouchers per person. 

Over 16’s only. 

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 6 per group; subject to availability. 

Treatment choices must be given at time of booking. 

Massage is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding after first trimester. 

Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.  

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa when booking.

Treatment duration: approx. 1 hr; 2 x 30 min treatments including consultation time.

Jessica geleration manicure will last up to 3 weeks with correct aftercare.

If opting for a manicure nails should be free from polish. Soak off available for supplement of £10; please advise the spa at time of booking.

Robes and slippers can be hired for a supplementary charge of £5 per person; payable directly to spa.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.  

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
