Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 May 2022 until Fri 30 Sep 2022, 7 days 1pm - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Scottish afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available. 
• Includes a strawberry & shortbread cocktail each. Alcoholic cocktail can be replaced with a mocktail.
• Table required back after 2 hours during busier periods.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
