• Voucher is valid until Tue 31 Jan 2017, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 10, 16, 17, 24 Sept, 8, 15, 22, 29 Oct, 19, 26 Nov, 3, 10, 17, 22 - 27, 29 - 31 Dec 2016 and, 1, 2 Jan 2017. 
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Jan 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am. 
• Double or twin classic or stable room available.
• Stable rooms are within the recently converted stable block attached to the castle, all other rooms and suites are located in the castle itself.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for £60 supplement per night or the bridal suite for £150 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner is served 7pm – 9pm.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Free parking available.
• Children permitted; children under 2 years old do not require a supplement unless they require a travel cot. £20 supplement per child, per night applies to children up to 12 years old. Supplements include breakfast but not dinner. Please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. Max of 2 children.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 pets.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
