Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Standard double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: twin - £10, family - £20, superior - £30, superior river view - £40; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted; requires an upgrade to a family room. Cots are free of charge. Please note breakfast is not included for children.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
