Small print

• Voucher is valid from 23rd June until 30th Sept 2014, Mon-Wed 10am-10pm, Thurs & Fri 10am-11pm, Sat & Sun 9am-11pm; subject to availability.
• Bookings must be made by 16th Sept or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Validity period will not be extended.
• Snow Factor recommend you arrive at least 30-45 mins prior to your activity start time to collect passes and get kitted up. They are often extremely busy during peak times, so please allow extra time for queuing. If you are late for your activity, Snow Factor reserves the right to refuse admission without refund or transfer.
• Only suitable for people who can already ski or snowboard, this is not a lesson.
• Under 16 yrs old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Max of 4 vouchers can be purchased per member.
• Please wear warm waterproof clothing and gloves (waterproofs can be hired and gloves purchased on site if required).
• Further t&cs apply including required ability.
• Max group booking: 4 people.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment, especially if you would like a weekend booking.
• All telephone bookings carry a standard booking fee of £1.99 which is non-refundable, this charge does not apply if bookings are made in person.
• If you need to cancel or alter your booking, you must provide a minimum of 5 days notice, to allow for a transfer (or 14 days notice, in writing, for corporate, group & school bookings). All transfers will incur a £5 administration charge, £1.99 booking fees are also non-refundable. No transfer will be given within 5 days of your booking and no refund will be given for any nonattendance.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
