Small print

• Voucher is valid until 30th Sept 2015, Mon-Fri 10am-10pm, Sat & Sun 9am-10pm; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 15th Sept 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 vouchers. 
• Validity period will not be extended, and would advise that if weekends are preferred these are booked as soon as possible after purchasing.
• Vouchers cannot be used for group bookings exceeding 4 or more people. 
• Voucher cannot be used for special slope events such as Scottish Indoor Freestyle Competition, Project Friday, Snow Fresh, etc. Please discuss with Snow Factor at time of booking.
• No age restrictions providing that the child can already ski or snowboard. All under 16's must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst on Snow Factor premises. Adults will be held responsible for any damage caused by children they accompany on Snow Factor premises. Aged 10-15 years old must meet minimum competency (recreational standard) and adults must accompany at all times. Under 10 years old using the main slope should be accompanied by an adult who is also competent to the agree minimum standard for main slope use. 
• No height or weight restrictions.
• Members are welcome to use their own ski and snowboard equipment. 
• Gloves, full length trousers and long sleeve tops must be worn at all times on the slope. 
• Snow Factor advise that members wear waterproof jackets & trousers, which can also be hired from their clothing rental department for an additional £6.50 per outfit. Gloves and socks are available for purchase only. Head protection is also available at the rental desk and must be used by all slope users. 
• Junior rates apply to children under 16 years of age, 16 years and over are charge at adult rates. Snow Factor reserve the right to require proof of age.
• The slope pass is for experienced skiers and snowboarders.  Members may use the main slope if they can: fit their boots correctly unaided, use the poma lift, link their turns correctly and control their speed.  Please discuss with Snow Factor if unsure of your experience.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• All telephone bookings carry a standard booking fee of £1.99 which is non-refundable (processed via the contact team) but this isn't charged if bookings are made in person at the ticket desk in Snow Factor.
• If you need to cancel or alter your booking, Snow Factor require a minimum of 5 days notice to allow for a transfer. For corporate, group and school bookings a minimum of 10 days is required. All transfers will incur a £5 administration fee – the £1.99 booking fee is non-refundable. No transfer will be given within 5 days of your booking and no refund will be given for any non-attendance.

• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
