Small print

• Voucher is valid until 12th Oct 2015, Mon-Fri 1.15pm-5.15pm, Sat & Sun 10.45am-5.15pm; subject to availability.
• Weekend availability is limited. 
• All telephone bookings carry a standard booking fee of £1.99 which is non-refundable (processed via the contact team) but this isn't charged if bookings are made in person at the ticket desk in Snow Factor.
• Vouchers must be booked by 15th Sept 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Validity period will not be extended, and would advise that if weekends are preferred these are booked as soon as possible after purchasing.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 vouchers per person.
• Each session will last approx 30mins. 
• Sorry, no group bookings permitted. Max of 4 people per group, more than 4 people will not be accepted. 
• Activities are not recommended for those who have heart, back or neck conditions or those who are pregnant. Please discuss any further health queries with Snow Factor direct. 
• Sledging is suitable for ages 3 and above. Children under 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Snow tubing is suitable for ages 8 and above. 
• Members must wear sturdy footwear or wellies, waterproof clothing and gloves. Clothing and footwear can be hired in advance at time of booking for an additional £5. If hired on the day, clothing will be charged at £6.50pp and wellies at £2.50pp. Gloves are essential and can only be purchased. It is recommended that members bring a towel and a change of clothing. Helmets & sledges will be provided by Snow Factor. 
• If you are late for your activity, Snow Factor reserves the right to refuse admission without refund or transfer.
• Snow Factor accept no responsibility for damage to equipment or clothing whilst undertaking these activities.
• Snow Factor provide lockers (£1 non returnable) to store your personal items & valuables while you are on the slope. Snow Factor nor its employees or agents are responsible for any loss, theft or damage to valuables or personal property that belongs to any visitor whilst on Snow Factor premises.
• Pre-booking in advance is essential. If booking over the phone please be ready to quote your voucher number and bring along your voucher on the day. If booking in person at the venue please have your voucher with you. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• If members need to cancel or alter bookings, Snow Factor require a minimum of 5 days notice to allow for a transfer. For corporate, group and school bookings a minimum of 10 days is required. All transfers will incur a £5 administration fee – the £1.99 booking fee is non-refundable. No transfer will be given within 5 days of your booking and no refund will be given for any non-attendance. Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
