• Voucher is valid from Tue 7 Feb until Tue 2 May 2023, Tue - Fri 10am - 6pm; subject to availability; excludes Sat-Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 18 Apr 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Brow lamination: duration approx. 1hr. Treatment benefits last approx. 4 - 6 weeks. Patch test is required 48 hours in advance.
• Gel manicure: duration approx. 1hr 30 mins. Treatment benefits last up to 2 weeks dependent on maintenance.
• Eyelash lift and tint: duration approx. 1hr 30 mins. Treatment benefits last 4 - 6 weeks. Patch test is required 48 hours in advance.
• Massage: duration approx. 55 mins - 1hr 25 mins. Massage can be adapted for pregnancy and breastfeeding after the first trimester. Scalp massage: must be over 12 weeks pregnant and not receiving cancer treatment. Please contact salon directly to discuss any concerns in advance of booking.
• Brow lamination and gel manicure have a minimum age of 12yrs; 12 - 18yr olds must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Eyelash lift and tint and massage have a minimum age of 16yrs; 16 - 18yr olds must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
