• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Mar 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, Thur - Tue 9.30am – 5.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Wednesdays and 7, 14 - 15 Mar 2020.
• Please note a £20 per person supplementary charge applies for Saturdays and Sundays bookings; payable directly to Coach House Spa when booking.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 3 per group; subject to availability.
• Massage and facial are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; hydro pool and sauna are not suitable.
• Facial treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission, however not the massage treatment. Can be replaced with a facial or nail treatment; please discuss when booking. Please note a doctors note will be required.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 55mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 1hr 20mins.
• Consultation will take place prior to treatments.
• Includes 2 hours access to facilities.
• Treatments listed cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Please note: One therapist is not trained in body treatments. In this unlikely event a Vinylux File & Polish, or an Eye Rescue along with the Kerstin Florian Facial will be offered. Alternative dates will be offered in the first instance.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
