• Voucher is valid until Sun 5 Aug 2018 , Mon – Fri 10am – 8pm, Sat 9am – 6pm and Sun 10am – 6pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Friday and Saturday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Jul 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 vouchers per person.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Maximum of 6 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatments are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding after first trimester.
• Treatments are not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 25mins.
• Includes access to leisure facilities at The Hallmark Hotel.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes 125ml glass of fizz; Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• Cupcake and Prosecco can be substituted for a cream tea; menu is subject to change. No vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
