• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, Mon – Fri 10am – 8pm, Sat 9am – 6pm, Sun 10am – 6pm; subject to availability.
• A supplement of £10 per person is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 6 per group; subject to availability.
• Massage can be adapted for those who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding as long as past the first trimester of pregnancy.
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers or those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 25mins per treatment.
• Choose from hot stone, aromatherapy or Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage, reflexology, Indian head massage, manicure, pedicure or facial cleanse with make up application.
• Manicure and pedicure will last up to 2 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes 125ml glass of fizz each.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
