• Voucher is valid until Sun 30 May 2021, Mon - Tue & Thur 10am - 6pm, Fri 9am - 6pm and Sat - Sun 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. Excludes Wednesdays.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday bookings.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 10 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Includes an aromatherapy massage plus a choice of oriental head massage, comfort foot and leg massage or Murad sensational eye treatment.
• Treatment duration: approx 25mins each.
• Treatment is not suitable during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Please note due to Covid-19 regulations around facial treatments these may be replaced with either an Oriental head massage or comfort foot & leg massage.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes a 2 course lunch from set spa menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco, draught soft drink or bottled water. Alcohol will only be served if permitted within Covid-19 guidelines.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
