• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Aug 2022 until Thu 22 Dec 2022, 7 days 10.30am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Fri, Sat and Sun bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Nov 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy/breast feeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa at time of booking.
• Includes 2 x 25 min treatments per person choosing from a leg, ankle & foot massage, Swedish back massage, shoulder, face &scalp massage and mini spa facial.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes 3 hour use of the leisure facilities and 125ml glass of Prosecco. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
