• Voucher is valid from Tue 7 Jan 2020 until Sat 28 Mar 2020, Tue, Wed & Fri 10am - 6pm, Thur 10am - 8pm and Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays, Mondays, 14 - 15 Feb and 21 Mar 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. Please note that once made, bookings can only be changed once.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Maximum of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note those with diabetes must bring a medical note from doctor for massage.
• Includes a 30min massage plus 30min facial. Choose massage from aromatherapy, Swedish, hot stone or deep tissue.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 60 mins treatment time.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 60mins treatment time with 30mins hot tub use; please bring swimwear and towel.
• Includes herbal tea after treatment.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
