• Voucher is valid from the 1st Dec until 28th Feb 2016, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25th, 26th, 31st Dec 2015 & 1st Jan 2016.
• Valid Mon-Fri 10am-5pm, Sat & Sun 10am-6pm. Last entry is one hour prior to closing time.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Unlimited family pass allows 3 months unlimited access. 
• Child's ticket is valid for 3-15 years; under 2s go free. Additional tickets can be purchased for adults for £10, children (aged 3-15) for £7.
• Full wheelchair access is available to just over 75% of the building which includes access to lower level displays, the Amazonian exhibits, the Native Marine exhibits, the Sea Pool, disabled toilets, reception area and the downstairs seating in Cafe Catch. Assisted access (via temporary wheel ramps) is available to access the remaining 25% of the building which includes the meerkat enclosure and the shark tank.

• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
